- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beware this one! On recommendations from friends, we boarded our dogs with them last weekend. When we called up to get a price, we were given a cost per animal and told what information to bring (eg. shot records, etc.). When we showed up to drop off the dogs that Saturday, we were told "Oh yeah, and unless you have heartworm tests and some other records we're going to have to charge you $70 per dog additionally". As we had no other alternative for kenneling the animals at that moment, we had no choice. Either way, make sure if you use this practice, you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. We spoke to our regular Vet, and he had no idea why this was necessary. We've also had our animals boarded two other places in the last few years with none of this headache. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great Professional Service and very caring staff - I am happy as any client would ever be!!! :) My beagle has been through two critical surgeries and many routine checks & I have to say that I am delighted to take my beloved pet here. Dr. Woodie is really very upfront and yet one of the finest vets I have taken my pets to. Also, Melissa and the Surgical technician are very nice and supportive. In fact after following their recommendations for dietary changes to my 12 year old dog, I almosr have a brand new dog who is healthy happy and active as a puppy. Thanks APMC!!! P.S. - pets are helpless animals when sick and they cant yack (like these reviewers) to you about their suffering, so I would trust an honest straightforward and upfront professional vet like this one who cares more for the pet than their self-absorbed owners ANY time!!November 28, 2016by A Google User
